I recently started on the journey of becoming a Professional ChromeOS Administrator, if you don't know what a ChromeOS administrator is, or what they do, here's something to help out...
A Professional ChromeOS Administrator is a systems administrator or junior engineer with 12+ months experience with the Google Admin console. The Professional ChromeOS Administrator should be able to configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and manage infrastructure and service related to the Google Admin console.
The Professional ChromeOS Administrator exam assesses your ability to:
- Perform actions from the Google Admin console
- Configure ChromeOS policies
- Configure, manage, and maintain Identity Management processes and solutions
- Understand ChromeOS tenets

Section 1: Perform actions from the Admin console
1.1 Troubleshooting customer concerns. Considerations include:
a. Wiping devices
b. Collecting devices logs (from the device)
c. Entering tickets
d. Resolving connectivity concerns
e. Assisting user login for first time users
f. Checking devices manually for updates
g. Sending feature requests
h. Awareness of the Trusted Tester Program
i. Informing partners of release notes
1.2 Setting up a trial. Considerations include:
a. Emailing verified trials
b. Verifying domains
c. Domain take over
1.3 Pushing applications
a. Configuring "Application Settings"
1.4 Performing device actions from the Admin console. Considerations include:
a. Gathering logs
b. Deprovisioning devices

1.5 Provision licenses. Considerations include:
