Could someone guide me on the right approach for building a React native app ?

Should I use Expo ?
I want to build the app through azure dev ops is this possible?
Do I need a Mac to build and test on the iPad ?
Is it easy to do azure MFA AD login ?

I have been working as a full stack developer for many years and I know react and Angular but I need some guidance on the right approach for building a react native app.
