For those attending EuroPython, we are very happy to have you as an attendee of EuroPython 2020.
To prepare for the conference next week, please review the conference setup pages we have created with helpful information and intro videos to get you started.

Configure your tickets
It is a good idea to check your ticket configuration prior to registering on Discord. We have prepare a blog post which summarizes the most important points:
https://blog.europython.eu/post/623636263112720384/europython-2020-please-configure-your-tickets
If you have bought tickets for other attendees, please make sure that the tickets you bought are all correctly assigned:
https://ep2020.europython.eu/faq/#I-bought-the-ticket-for-someone-else-How-can-I-re-assign-it
We can only register attendees on Discord which have a EuroPython account with an associated ticket.
The above is required for both "Conference & Sprint" tickets as well as "Sprints-only" tickets.
Note that "Sprints-only" ticket holders will not be able to see the conference channels on Discord. If you have both a "Sprints-only" and a "Conference & Sprints" ticket, please register with your "Conference & Sprints" ticket ID on Discord.
Registering on Discord
We have now set up our Discord server to accept registrations using your ticket details.
In order to register, please use the Discord invite link listed on our website:
https://ep2020.europython.eu/setup/chat-system/
and follow the instructions on the page to register. We also provide a helpful intro video to get you started with Discord on the same page.
If you run into any issues, please contact us at helpdesk@europython.eu
Thanks,
EuroPython 2020 Team
