A friend asked me as a developer where do deleted files go to after been deleted from the Recycle Bin?
At first, i couldn't give an answer because i didn't know how or where it went. I had to do some research to find out.

When files are deleted from your computer, they often go through a two-step process: they first move to the Recycle Bin, and then, upon deletion from the Recycle Bin, they enter a more complex state.
