Installing Consul Bash Script

Hello there! It's been a while! I want to share with you my script to install consul.

As we know that consul is very useful and an important tool in modern software development and operations, primarily known for its role as a service mesh and service discovery solution.

I work for "I don't know how many" days for this, since we will be conducting a new monitoring project. It is a bit challenging for me since this one is a new thing for me.

Anyways, here's the script.
