CREATING A RESOURCE GROUP ON AZURE

Firstly, sign in to the Azure portal, search for Resource Group and click on create. On the Basic bar consist of Project details with sub head "subscription" where all resources are billed together.
next is "resource group". type in a globally accepted unique name.

Next headings is the "Resource Details: with a sub title of the region/location. This is choosing a suitable Azure region.

Next to "Basic" is "Tag" input name and tag your RG.

Lastly, click on "Review and Create" it will validates the process and once passed. click on create.
