Working with File System in Node.js

Renaming and Deleting Files

To delete a file synchronously, you can use fs.unlinkSync()

Make sure to replace 'old_file.txt'
with the actual name of the file you want to rename and /path/to/delete.txt
with the path of the file you want to delete.
