Getting "Start a Power Apps trial" when using Canvas with Dataverse even with a premium license.

I have a project built with Canvas that connects with Dataverse. When accessing the published linked, it brings up a "Start a Power Apps trial". It was confirmed that we have premium license. It does not prompt with other combination: canvas with sharepoint, model with dataverse.
