puppetlabs-apache module droppped code for Debian < 8 and Ubuntu < 14.04
Removed the Debian < 8 and Ubuntu < 14.04 code from the apache module with the following PRs. Thanks to ekohl

: “Restore Ubuntu 14.04 support in suphp”.
This will be a backward incompatible changes and the next release will be major version bump v7.0.0
.
