How to Navigate Technical Challenges While Scaling Your API Or SaaS Company
At our second Nylas Developer Event, we’ll be exploring the difficulties of scaling API and SaaS companies from an MVP product to one that can attract (and support) thousands of customers of all sizes.
The panelists:
- Mike Atkins: Software Engineer @ LaunchDarkly
- Liz Acosta: Software Developer @ Twilio
- Christine Spang: CTO and CoFounder @ Nylas
- Keith Horwood: Founder & CEO @ StdLib
We’ll kick things off with a quick ice-breaker and then turn it over to our panel of technical leaders as they talk about their technical tricks and techniques to achieve growth as you scale. We’ll be answering questions like:
How do you know when it’s time to scale or change systems?
How do you balance scaling quickly without breaking systems? What kinds of monitoring systems are in place?
What specific tools have been most helpful as you scale?
How did you balance scaling for the number of transactions with scaling for your number of customers?
How do you scale while maintaining what's special about the project?
We’ll hear from people who have been in the trenches and can help you find your way out. Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and light appetizers will be provided.
Tickets are free but limited — claim yours now!
