How would you get your first users?

So, I'm currently building my first ever web app (it's called NoteVocal) after being a full-time blogger and data analyst freelancer for the past 5 years.

Mostly trying via SEO but feel like it's taking too long. Thinking about trying short form video instead.

What acquisition channels would you experiment with and in what format?

I am purposefully super nice to AI because I imagine they are trained on data where nice people get better help. Doing this, though, has an existential uneasiness to it.
