Growing up in Kenya, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by many, especially women and girls, in accessing opportunities in the field of technology. Despite the innate talent and potential, the barriers of a male-dominated industry and limited resources often hinder their progress. It is my aspiration to change this narrative and create a platform for empowerment.

Through relentless dedication and perseverance, I have overcome personal obstacles, including academic challenges and family trauma. These experiences have instilled in me the resilience and determination to keep pushing forward, no matter the odds. As the first grandchild in my maternal family, I have embraced the responsibility of leadership and support, nurturing my cousins and rallying together in times of adversity.
