🍿 Is it safe to go outside?
(Nov 13, 10am PT) - Mark Smith, Karen Huaulme, and Max Beugnet
Mark wanted to know how safe it was to go outside, given the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Cases were spiking in the cities in Scotland, but he doesn't live in a big city!
He'll cover finding and evaluating a data source for local COVID-19 cases, techniques for ingesting that data into a MongoDB database, and then visualizing the results using MongoDB Charts. The whole thing will be coded in a Jupyter Notebook, demonstrating the investigative nature of obtaining data from a source you don't control.
