Hello I am looking for people who are good at 3D animating and

3D video game developing as well as people who can help me in writing the story for said video game........ I would of coarse be the main manager But I am looking for people who can make the game look good..... I would love for someone to be co creator but I am still looking for that certain someone I think would be suited for this job.... Skill sets: (I at least need a couple of each) Computer programming knowledge, Creativity for quests and sub quests, animating knowledge as well as people with a knack for art who can do some 3D modeling

Basically I want to make a game with the aspects of survival from Minecraft and the aspect of skyrims Replay-ability as well as Middle Earths: shadow of wars combat (But with magic instead of Swordplay) And with breakable environment and on critical's (As in fatal hits that have a certain % of a chance to trigger) I want a mini Kill scene for the critical (if it is a fatal critical)
