As a junior developer, my reputation on StackOverflow has really helped me get a job in positions that I wouldn't have been able to apply for with my limited experience. Indeed, many recruiters and senior developers have been impressed by my involvement in this forum and have seen a lot of potential.

However I noticed that many developers, both juniors and seniors, are not very active on this platform and doesn't seem to realize the impact it can have when searching for a job.
