What I Created

I created a tutorial on how to integrate Stellar with JavaScript. I started with the basic explanation of the Stellar ecosystem. Along this, I dive into topics like Testnet, Lumens, and more as they come into the process.

This tutorial is meant for JavaScript developers who want to build DApp, this tutorial serves as a starting for them.

By using this tutorial one can conveniently integrate Stellar with JavaScript and start building DApps.

Journey

I mainly used Stellar's documentation as a reference. I also read some articles on the blockchain ecosystem and how it works.

The motivation for this submission was that I am a JavaScript developer, and not far ago, just 10 months ago, I wanted to build a social media messaging DApp. The DApp will keep the data safe and will not promote any falsely funded content, so the users would not have to worry about infiltration into the system. Learning a new skill is not easy, and having a steeper curve, it was very hard to learn blockchain. However, with Stellar's Soroban, it is even easy to write smart contracts.
