ACMarket Team has "Not Released" an official app Installer for iOS; however, you can use the limited apps listed for downloading on your iPhone and iPad. Right now, ACMarket Installer "Cannot be Installed directly on iOS". However, it is possible for iOS users to bookmark the ACMarket app on their iOS devices so that they are kept in the loop as and when ACMarket App ( official page - https://ac-market.org/ ) is released for the iOS. You may also download the ACmarket Alternative app called Tweakbox which is all free.

iOS 12 is the latest iOS firmware ( https://www.apple.com/ios/ios-12/ ) and is also one of the most feature-packed. Alongside all the useful features, Apple has also included a number of security features that have all played a part in stopping Cydia from being updated for iOS users.
