Time to drop iOS 15

My app was created in 2023 and it supported iOS 15 when it was released, but as I now add more features to it, it is hard to keep supporting iOS 15.

For example, the PhotoPickerItem is iOS 16 and later, and so is NavigationStack.

Time to drop 15. I will make a new release soon and will target iOS 16 and later.
