Feedbacks are backbone of successful businesses and cooperates.
The main problem with remote work is not able to socialize enough with your teams which may lead to degrading your work because you don't know what your team expects from you. The solution to this is simple and straight forward "Feedbacks", these will allow you to know what you lack and what you excel.
But now its your turn to give feedbacks, how can you do it without hurting others, well there is simple solution to that, be straight forward and honest.
Everyone likes honesty and kind words then why not combine both, be kind and be honest. Tell them what they lack and what can they do to solve it, giving solutions is important and be kind while giving feedbacks.
