It depends is the magic phrase 👉 4 public speaking tips

It's been a long time since my first talk in 2018 and since that day I have never stopped trying to improve my way of communicating.
I want to share with you 4 tips that I learned in my journey.
1 - Each person has his way
Each person has his way of communicating and describing things and this is why even if a topic has already been treated, it is not said that you cannot do a talk about it.
Experience on the subject, way of seeing things, and way of communicating are making each talk unique.
2 - We can't know everything
We would like to know everything and this often prevents us from addressing certain topics, for sure the Q&A time is the scariest part of any session, but you cannot know everything so on that occasion you can say: it depends!
Am I joking? Yes and... No.
Often the questions we are asked are particular and set in a context that we do not know, the only thing to do in these cases is to answer by drawing on your own experience and perhaps postpone the conversation over a good coffee.
3 - Start from the message
When I prepare a talk I usually start with the list of topics I would like to cover and the tips I would like to share.
Having these points in mind, I start to imagine the slides and the layout I would like to obtain, this imaging activity allows me to save a lot of precious time.
4 - Don't prepare it too early
For my first speech, I started the preparation early, 2 months earlier, the result was that I studied a ton of articles and videos on the subject to be prepared for everything, two weeks before my speech I repudiated the topic I had to cover.
So the lesson here is to calibrate your effort in the talk preparation, now I learned the lesson and I prepare my talks a week or two before the conference.
Here you have to calibrate the talk construction at your own pace, but keep in mind my error because that feeling is really bad.
