Detailed Job Description for Developing a Custom SaaS E-Commerce Platform

We are an Oman-based company looking to develop a custom SaaS e-commerce platform tailored for the Omani market. The platform will be similar to solutions like "Salla" or "Shopify," but specifically designed to meet the needs of local businesses. The project includes building a fully integrated web platform and mobile applications (iOS and Android), with payment gateways and shipping service integration. Security, ease of use, and an intuitive user experience are also top priorities.

Phases of the Project:

  1. Concept and Analysis Phase: Understanding the project and defining goals: This phase will focus on defining the overall goals of the project, the needs of the Omani market, and the target audience. We will analyze similar platforms like "Salla" and "Shopify" to assess strengths and weaknesses, and explore what can be done to differentiate our platform.

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to determine all the detailed requirements for the platform, including core functionalities (e.g., store registration, product management, payments, shipping) and user needs.

Technical Analysis: Develop a comprehensive technical analysis document, covering:

System architecture and infrastructure requirements.
