I'm a beginner in Angular and I have a problem with responsive design!

My question is: What is the roadmap in Angular for learning responsive design?

Note: My issue is that when I try to make my website responsive, I use the browser's dev tools and it works, but when I use another device, there are some problems with the responsive design.
