Homestraight
Time has passed so fast, and we already reached homestraight of this semester, which means that we aren't able to delay the tasks anymore. Those students that are putting everything to the end of semester are likely to fail it...
Throughout this term we learnt how to create our own open-srouce projects, use git version control, open PRs
and Issues
, therefore, we've also learnt how to contribute on real-world open-source projects. For the last one assignment of current term, we are asked to make a meaningful contribution to large open-source
project, which means that fixing simple bug or typo in documentation wouldn't be acceptable by our professor. This time we won't be able to catch up during very last week of the assignment, so we have to proceed now.
I think, I will continue working on Issue that was part of my Release 0.2
because I opened PR
, but maintainer never accepted it and requested changes. In my opinion, I shouldn't take this issue for 0.2 because I didn't have enough confidence and knowledge to close it. This time I am confident that I am going to be able to finish it.
Hopefully, everything is going to be as planned(usually it never happens, when I hope about it).
Read my next blogs to learn about my progress :D
